Subhash Sonthalia has more than 15 years of experience in corporate strategy and finance in Birla Group, one of the largest corporate houses in India.
He has cross-cultural as well as global exposure in medical devices, life sciences, chemical, and financial services industry. He is responsible for developing sales strategies and shoulders the entire responsibility to select, develop, and train a professional sales team to meet or exceed company goals for profitable revenue growth in the Indian market.

Rajkumar Manglunia plays a key role in product development, quality compliance and product life cycle management at Invent.
Having more than 40 years of progressive experience in multinational and multicultural
environments in the manufacturing sector, Rajkumar has been instrumental in formulating
approaches for efficiency in finance, accounting, budgeting, funds management, treasury
taxation, and risk management processes & systems.
Amit Agrawal holds an MBA degree from Thakur Management & Research, Mumbai. He also
has a Bachelor’s degree in Advanced Accounting and Auditing from Mumbai University.
With 16+ years of work experience, Amit’s previous stints were in Edelweiss Financial Services, Kotak Bank and with ICICI Bank in a variety of leadership positions.
He has a strong proven track record and his core competencies are developing & managing a strong and successful international distribution network, new product launches, product management through their life cycle, sales force management and marketing strategies.

while managing costs and risks.
